Miso - Shiro Cup

Miso Soup - Put favourite meat and vegetable in 4 cups of boiling water. Boil until meat and vegetable is cooked. Add 4 tbsp of MISO PASTE and stir. Marinate Paste - Mix 4tbsp of MISO, 2 tbsp of SHIN MIRIN (2556) and 2 tbsp of water for favourite meat and seafood.
