Directions:

For every 100g of Cha Soba to cook, add 4 cups of water and bring to boil. Put noodles in while stirring occasionally. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Drain with cold, running water. Serve with dipping sauce (Katsuo Tsuyu 3603).
