Put noodles into 3L of boiling water and stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook for 7~8min. Drain with cold running water.
To serve with soup: Make soup base with KATSUO TSUYU (3603) and HONDASHI (3593). Add your favourite vege and meat and boil. Add udon last.
To serve cold: Serve with dipping sauce KATSUO TSUYU (3603)
