1) Boil 500ml of water (for 1 serving).
2) Add 100ml of Katsu Tsuyu, or 2 tbsp of Soy Sauce. Then add 1tbsp Mirin, 1 tbsp of Cooking Wine and a pinch of salt.
3) Add Udon noodle and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4) Garnish with some spring onion. Serve with 7 Spices.
